About the role

The Grants & Partnership Management Coordinator supports DRC‑led consortia in Yemen, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and internal guidelines. The role bridges technical grant management, partner coordination, and strategic implementation to strengthen consortium performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of high‑quality funding proposals for DRC‑led consortia, ensuring donor and internal compliance.
• Oversee donor reporting processes and prepare materials for ad‑hoc donor meetings.
• Strengthen information‑management systems related to grants and partnership activities.
• Manage consortium agreements and collaborate with partner grant teams on project cycle management.
• Provide technical support and guidance to consortium members on proposal development, donor reporting, and program strategy.
• Assist field teams to ensure effective implementation of consortium activities.
• Support communications and visibility efforts, ensuring timely production of high‑quality materials.
