Grants & Partnership Coordinator – Sana'a, Yemen

About the role

Première Urgence Internationale is seeking a Grants & Partnership Coordinator to join its Yemen team in Sana’a. The position is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, starting as soon as possible, and will support the organization’s humanitarian programmes by managing donor‑funded grants and fostering strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation, submission and follow‑up of grant proposals from international donors.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring alignment with PUI’s mission and programme objectives.
• Monitor grant implementation, track budgets and deliver regular reports to donors and internal stakeholders.
• Support the development of partnership strategies that enhance resource mobilisation for humanitarian interventions in Yemen.

Required profile

• Proven experience in grants management or donor relations, preferably within the humanitarian sector.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian programming and the ability to work in a complex, crisis‑affected environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
