Grants & Partnership Coordinator – Sana'a, Yemen

About the role

The Grants & Partnership Coordinator will support Première Urgence Internationale’s funding strategy in Yemen, expanding the donor portfolio and strengthening partnerships to sustain the organization’s humanitarian programmes. Based in Sana’a, the role reports to senior management and works closely with programme, finance and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the design of grant proposals in line with PUI’s operational strategy and ensure timely submission.
• Develop and maintain donor reporting, analyse donor guidelines and guarantee compliance.
• Lead the partnership strategy, create and roll‑out partnership management tools, and build a portfolio of operational partners.
• Provide ongoing support to partners, monitor partnership performance and ensure quality standards.
• Map funding opportunities, assess in‑country donor sources and engage new donors to secure resources for the mission.

Required profile

• Proven experience in grant management and partnership development within the humanitarian sector.
• Strong understanding of donor requirements, reporting standards and compliance procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
