Field Coordinator – Hodeidah, Yemen

About the role

The Field Coordinator will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the project site in Hodeidah, Yemen, overseeing program implementation, staff, logistics and security.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of the site and staff.
• Coordinate teams to implement programmes under supervision.
• Supervise national and international staff, handling HR matters.
• Oversee logistical, administrative and financial components with support from Logistics and Administrative Coordinators.
• Represent the organisation with partners, authorities and local actors.
• Centralise information flow, prepare internal and external reports and support strategy development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in humanitarian action, project management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of field experience with international NGOs, preferably in project coordination.
• Experience managing international teams and handling security or financial aspects is valued.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic and/or French are assets.

Required skills
