Field Coordinator / Focal Point – Yemen (M/F)

About the role

Firdaous Charity France is seeking a dedicated Field Coordinator / Focal Point to represent the organization on the ground in Yemen. The role involves close collaboration with local partners, monitoring and evaluating projects, and ensuring effective program implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Firdaous Charity France in Yemen and act as the main point of contact.
• Coordinate daily operational activities with local partners and ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate field activities, collecting and consolidating project data.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with headquarters.
• Follow up with beneficiaries, especially within sponsorship programmes.
• Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and production of regular reports.
• Contribute to visibility efforts through content creation and communication.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management, International Development, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Proven experience in NGOs or the humanitarian sector, including monitoring & evaluation and field coordination.
• Experience in fragile or complex contexts is highly desirable; experience in Yemen is a strong asset.
• Arabic (mandatory), English (required), French (asset).
