Fashion Consultant – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group’s Swarovski boutique in Othaim Mall, you will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience while meeting individual and team sales targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, supporting customer relationship management and in‑store initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal and collective sales targets and drive sell‑through of products.
• Deliver a high‑quality guest experience and uphold visual‑merchandising standards.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Build and maintain client relationships using an omni‑channel approach.
• Provide pre‑buying feedback on product assortment and support loyalty‑program promotion (MUSE).
• Ensure click‑and‑collect orders are processed within service‑level agreements.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and support CRM/CX initiatives.
• Assist with in‑store marketing events, activations and social‑media campaign awareness.
• Contribute ideas to improve store operations and employee experience (eNPS).

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• Proven sales background, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
