Electrical Engineer Trainee (Graduate)

About the role

We are seeking energetic Electrical Engineering graduates to join our transformer manufacturing business as Graduate Engineer Trainees. The role provides hands‑on exposure to transformer design, production, testing, quality assurance and related electrical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in transformer production, testing and commissioning activities.
• Support routine electrical testing of transformers according to standards and specifications.
• Participate in quality control and inspection processes.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and test reports.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain test records and engineering documentation.
• Help troubleshoot and perform root‑cause analysis of technical issues.
• Follow safety, quality and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduate (2025/2026 pass‑outs) with a career‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing and testing environment.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of transformers, power systems and electrical machines.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and relevant standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
