Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst (Statistics, Python, BI)

About the role

Agoda’s Content department is seeking a proactive analyst to turn content, marketing and partner performance data into actionable insights. You will own analytical projects that shape the department’s focus, prioritize actions, and support high‑converting content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Align reports and insights with Content goals and KPIs.
• Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve Agoda’s Content strategy.
• Build business cases for content opportunities and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, data tools and reporting resources.
• Collaborate with product, data/BI, IT and Content team leads to create data resources and prioritize actions.
• Use multiple data sources to evaluate Content projects, tests and experiments.
• Train the Content team on best‑practice data usage, analysis techniques and interpretation.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as Analytics, Partner Services and Product Owners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of relevant analytical experience.
• Self‑starter with curiosity and strong problem‑solving mindset.
