Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst – Statistics, Python, BI (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda’s Content department is seeking a proactive analyst to turn content, marketing and partner performance data into actionable insights. Based in Bangkok, you will own analytical projects that shape the department’s focus and drive high‑converting content strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Align reports and insights with Content goals and KPIs.
• Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities to improve content strategy.
• Build business cases for content opportunities and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Create and maintain dashboards, data tools and reporting resources.
• Collaborate with product, BI, IT and cross‑functional teams to develop data resources.
• Support content tests, experiments and impact analysis.
• Train the Content team on best‑practice data usage and interpretation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of relevant analytical experience.
• Strong understanding of statistics and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
