Data Analyst – Partner Development (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Partner Development Analytics team as a Data Analyst. You will use quantitative analysis and modeling to uncover growth opportunities and build tools that improve the efficiency of Agoda’s supply side.

Key responsibilities

• Apply data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization techniques to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Own end‑to‑end projects, including designing experiments and measuring in‑market impact.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, define new metrics, and track key performance indicators for the Partner Development team.
• Collaborate with analysts, product managers, regional leads, and business owners to drive data‑informed decisions.
• Support global initiatives by building experimentation infrastructure and standardizing methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting or business strategy.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to analyze complex data sets.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
