Data Analyst – Bangkok (relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Data Analyst based in Bangkok to support its global travel platform. You will work on search, display and modelling initiatives, leveraging data to optimise advertising campaigns and build actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies and campaign structures across search engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
• Test, analyse and optimise display campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Analyse large experiment datasets, develop optimisation models and create dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• SQL knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools such: SAS, R, SPSS or VBA.
