About the role
The position combines business development with the establishment of a new CLS entity in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the legal, administrative and financial set‑up of the subsidiary while driving market growth and partnership expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the legal, administrative and financial structuring of the Saudi entity and ensure compliance with local regulations and CLS corporate policies.
- Develop CLS business activities in Saudi Arabia by identifying and pursuing new opportunities aligned with the Group strategy.
- Support the expansion of existing contracts and partnerships and act as the local interface with clients, partners and institutional stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team in Dubai to align regional strategy and maintain a consistent approach.
- Facilitate communication between the Saudi entity, the UAE office (EIS‑ME), CLS Group headquarters and other entities.
- Assist in recruiting the first local staff, oversee their onboarding and supervise 1‑2 local employees.
Required profile
- Experience in business development, project management or country set‑up.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities with a hands‑on mindset.
- Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial and international environment.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
- Master’s degree (Bac +5).
