Analytics Specialist – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team as an Analytics Specialist based in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs, helping to improve customer lifetime value through experimentation, modelling and insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and other marketing levers.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface growth opportunities and support decision‑making.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 0‑4 years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy role at a fast‑growing tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience using data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python or VBA.
