Analyst – Supply Analytics (Bangkok, relocation provided)

About the role

Join Agoda’s fast‑growing Supply, Operations, Analytics and Programs (SOAP) team as an Analyst focused on supply analytics. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will use data‑driven insights to shape strategic initiatives for top hotel partners and help expand Agoda’s global travel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large data sets to uncover growth, visibility and conversion opportunities for accommodation partners.
• Translate business needs into actionable data‑focused projects and recommendations.
• Collaborate with commercial owners, product, finance and legal teams to design and scale partnership solutions.
• Develop and present reports that measure the impact of marketing, pricing and financial products.
• Support risk assessment, collections and contract operations through data insights.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a solid business acumen.
• Experience working with data to drive strategic decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally across product, finance, legal and partner services.
