Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Strategic Partnerships (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst or Associate Manager to join its Strategic Partnerships team in Bangkok. You will help shape growth strategies across APAC by turning data into actionable insights and driving cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investments.
• Leverage data tools to evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvement levers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (B2B, White Label, Affiliates, Finance, Product, Marketing, Supply) to execute initiatives.
• Maintain and optimise a performance‑management system for a large account‑manager team.
• Oversee data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Prepare performance updates, proposals and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Design and run pricing experiments (A/B tests) to refine pricing strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, strategy, business development or business intelligence.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to solve ambiguous problems.
• Growth mindset, entrepreneurial attitude and comfort working hands‑on.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Tableau (or willingness to learn).
