People Data Analyst – Bangkok (relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a People Data Analyst to join its People Team in Bangkok. The analyst will support forecasting, budgeting and workforce planning initiatives, working closely with Finance and People stakeholders to align plans with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reports and actionable insights for operational budgeting and workforce planning.
• Partner with Planning & Analysis (P&A) and People team stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision making.
• Develop and improve analytics tools and processes, including data pipelines and visualisation dashboards.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive workforce information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience as a data or reporting analyst.
• Strong SQL querying skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
