Marketing Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Bangkok

About the role

Agoda is looking for analytical talent to join its data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok. The role focuses on designing, measuring and optimizing large‑scale marketing programs that increase customer lifetime value across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze experiment data and build predictive models to assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and other levers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface insights and support data‑based decision making.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business roles at a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Evidence‑based decision making and a proactive ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA or SQL.
• Experience using visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
