Investment Associate – Venture Capital

About the role

Wa'ed Ventures, the venture arm of Saudi Aramco, is looking for an Investment Associate to join its investment team. You will play a key part in sourcing, analyzing, and supporting investments in high‑growth technology startups.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements and build business models for prospective investments.
• Support due‑diligence processes, including data collection and assessment.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to uncover growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or private equity.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or engineering.
