Missions principales

• Drive business growth by consistently achieving sales targets and hourly sales objectives.
• Enhance brand awareness through expert product demonstrations and storytelling.
• Deliver exemplary customer service by embodying the signature "Tilbury Touch."
• Maintain impeccable counter standards, including hygiene, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Support product launches and in-store events to maximize brand impact.
• Collaborate effectively with the field team and manage administrative tasks (timesheets) via the Allwork application.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in the beauty and retail industry is essential.
• Strong artistic skills with a passion for makeup artistry.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record in sales.
• High level of mobility to travel between different store locations as required.
• Availability to work weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) is mandatory.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player.
