About the role
The Presales Engineer will support regional sales teams in Yemen by showcasing Growatt solar PV inverters and energy storage solutions. You will act as a technical bridge between customers and the sales organization, delivering training, consulting, and market insights.
Key responsibilities
- Support regional sales to develop new accounts and present Growatt PV inverter and storage products through visits, calls, and emails.
- Provide continuous technical training and consulting to regional clients and assist the sales team in crafting solution proposals.
- Lead marketing promotion activities, including field events, webinars, and localized forums to enhance the Growatt brand.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to suggest product line improvements and new product development.
Required profile
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Relevant presales or after‑sales service experience in large‑scale solar or power projects.
- Proactive, responsible, strong communication abilities, and comfortable with frequent travel, including possible trips to other countries.
