Information Management Coordinator - Deduplication Platform

About the role

The Information Management Coordinator will oversee the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance and development of the Yemen Deduplication Platform. This platform supports multiple agencies by ensuring data integrity, secure hosting and interoperability for cash‑based assistance programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical focal point for the deduplication platform, managing system configuration and hosting environment (AWS).
• Perform regular health checks, monitor performance, conduct backups and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with UNHCR data‑protection standards and Yemen CMWG de‑duplication steering committee policies.
• Coordinate system integration, onboarding and troubleshooting with partner organisations (CCY, IOM, OCHA, UNHCR).
• Support enhancements, testing, performance optimisation and produce technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in system administration and operation of cloud‑based platforms.
• Strong understanding of data‑protection and security standards in humanitarian contexts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple UN agencies and NGOs.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
