Information Management Coordinator – Deduplication Platform

About the role

The Deduplication Platform System Coordinator will manage the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance and development of a centralized de‑duplication platform used by multiple humanitarian agencies in Yemen. The role ensures secure hosting, optimal performance and compliance with UNHCR and Yemen CMWG data‑protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor the platform’s hosting environment (e.g., Amazon Web Services) and perform regular health checks.
• Manage system configuration, access controls, releases, patches, upgrades and integration with partner applications.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• Enforce security protocols, identity‑access management and role‑based permissions, logging all transactions.
• Provide Tier‑2+ technical support to field users and coordinate with developers to resolve defects.
• Lead testing cycles (UAT, regression) for new modules and contribute to roadmap planning.
• Draft and maintain user guides, SOPs and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in system administration and operation of cloud‑based platforms.
• Strong understanding of data‑protection frameworks and security best practices.
• Ability to work closely with multiple partners, including UN agencies, IOM and OCHA.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to manage incidents promptly.
