About the role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our language services team. You will play a key role in generating qualified sales leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the growth of our business across the Middle East.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct targeted internet research to generate sales‑qualified leads according to an approved plan.
- Transition qualified leads to the appropriate Account Executive and assist in landing large deals.
- Negotiate rates, prepare quotes, and close new business contracts.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, mapping their organisations to understand long‑term goals.
- Coordinate contract requirements, integrate them with business operations, and expand cooperation with current clients.
- Perform monthly business reviews with clients to evaluate partnership status.
- Collaborate with production teams, manage escalations, and keep clients informed about new services and updates.
- Support marketing coordination activities as needed.
Required profile
- Very strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
- 0–3 years of experience in language or translation services.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
