Analyst & Senior Analyst – Pay Per Click, Marketing

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Analyst and Senior Analyst to join its data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) channels, designing experiments, building models and delivering insights that improve campaign performance and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, develop predictive models (e.g., booking impact of TV campaigns, demand elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor performance, extract growth levers and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions quickly and take ownership of impact.
