Senior Business Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda’s Performance Marketing team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst based in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs, experiment with campaign strategies and build predictive models to improve customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad and bidding strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
• Develop predictive models to assess the impact of large‑scale campaigns and pricing changes.
• Analyse experiment data, build dashboards and generate insights to guide marketing decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and collaborate with product teams on implementation road‑maps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and translate results into actionable business insights.
