Pricing Marketing Analyst (Bangkok, relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value across search, display and modeling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies and campaign structures on platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
• Test, analyze and optimise display campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social channels.
• Analyse experimental data, develop optimisation models and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Exposure to data‑analysis tools or databases (SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL).
• Strong numerical reasoning and proficiency in Excel.
• Intellectual curiosity and a data‑focused mindset.
