Marketing Development Manager – New England

About the role

Lead the development of SKLSI awareness in the CNS marketplace across New England by building and leveraging relationships with key opinion leaders, medical associations, and advocacy groups. Partner with cross‑functional teams to advance strategic initiatives and support business development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement strategies with KOLs, medical directors, and pharmacy leaders at Level 3 and 4 epilepsy centers.
• Identify and cultivate market opportunities, translating clinical and economic data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate on promotional medical education activities, including congress planning, speaker engagements, and scientific symposia.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, compliance, market access, and medical teams to drive local market and patient engagement initiatives.
• Manage travel and entertainment budget to optimize ROI while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales, marketing, or commercial experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare markets.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent education/experience combinations considered.
• Residency in the covered New England region and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Experience with KOL and stakeholder engagement in CNS or epilepsy therapeutic areas.
• Ability to analyze and present clinical, economic, and quality data.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and strategic planning capabilities.

• Base salary range $170,000 – $210,000 per year.
