About the role

The Grants and Reporting Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of donor‑funded projects for the Yemen country office, ensuring strict compliance with donor regulations and delivering accurate, timely reports. The role also supports external communication to diverse audiences, highlighting the impact of the organization’s work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage grant agreements, budgets, and disbursements for all projects.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with donor rules (ECHO, BHA, UN‑OCHA, etc.).
• Prepare and submit regular financial and narrative reports to donors.
• Maintain comprehensive grant documentation and audit trails.
• Coordinate with finance, program, and field teams to align project activities with funding requirements.
• Support the communication team in producing donor‑focused updates and success stories.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing required evidence and explanations.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, international development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in grant management within a humanitarian or NGO context.
• Familiarity with major donor regulations (ECHO, BHA, UN‑OCHA, etc.).
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work in a conflict‑affected environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
