Analyst (SOAP) – Bangkok (Relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Analyst to join its Supply Analytics team within the SOAP (Supply, Operations, Analytics and Programs) group in Bangkok. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights that drive growth for Agoda’s hotel partners and supports strategic projects across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large data sets to identify trends, opportunities and risks for partner performance.
• Collaborate with commercial owners and cross‑functional stakeholders to define business needs.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable initiatives that improve visibility, conversion, pricing and revenue.
• Support the development and scaling of marketing, advertising and financial solutions for accommodation partners.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Experience working on strategic projects in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
