About the role

Emergent is looking for an AI Product Experience Specialist to provide top‑tier support for users of its autonomous coding agents. You will act as the bridge between customers and the product team, ensuring that feedback drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide delightful support by solving user problems quickly, warmly, and clearly.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, implementing fixes when needed.
• Curate insights by spotting patterns in feedback and sharing actionable recommendations.
• Improve documentation and support automation to keep resources up‑to‑date.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring user feedback influences product direction.

Required profile

• User‑first mindset with a focus on building trust and loyalty.
• Crystal‑clear communicator, both in brief chats and detailed reports.
• Bias for improvement and a proactive approach to process optimization.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Emergent and navigating modern SaaS environments.
• Technical curiosity with basic experience in APIs and debugging workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
