Senior Commercial Lawyer – Part‑Time (Remote)

About the role

Blue Space Legal is seeking an experienced senior commercial lawyer to join its boutique, award‑winning team on a part‑time basis. You will work remotely, providing high‑quality legal counsel to top‑tier Australian and international clients across media, entertainment, technology and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fractional and outsourced in‑house legal counsel for corporate/M&A, commercial contracts and TMT/IP matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate transactions, private equity, funds, banking and general commercial issues.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the legal team.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with a strong client reputation.
• Background in a top‑tier law firm, secondment or in‑house role.
• Experience in media, entertainment, technology, corporate/M&A, private equity, funds or banking.
• Desire to work part‑time (approximately three days per week) in a fully remote setting.
