Public Relations, Marketing & Sales Officer

About the role

The Public Relations, Marketing & Sales Officer will be the face of Growth Nexus Capacity Building Hub, driving visibility, reputation, and client engagement across the region. Working from the Hub’s office in Sana'a, you will coordinate PR activities, design marketing campaigns, and generate sales leads for training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, universities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the Hub at meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Prepare official correspondence, announcements, and public communication materials.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, manage social‑media channels, and create promotional content.
• Conduct market research to identify training needs and competitive opportunities.
• Promote training courses, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into enrolled participants or contracted clients.
• Maintain a database of clients and prospects, prepare quotations and proposals, and achieve sales targets.
