Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to lead end‑to‑end payroll implementation projects, with a focus on Bahrain localization. The role involves configuring core HR modules, supporting ongoing operations, and delivering enhancements across the Fusion HCM suite.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Fusion Payroll for Bahrain, covering SIO contributions, GOSI setup, gratuity, WPS compliance and statutory reporting.
• Configure and run payroll cycles, fast formulas, consolidation groups and payroll definitions.
• Provide L1/L2/L3 support, root‑cause analysis and coordinate with Oracle Support.
• Gather business requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis and deliver functional/technical enhancements.
• Migrate pages and workflows from Classic UI to Redwood UI and support user adoption.
• Enable and configure Oracle Fusion Agent Studio for HR self‑service.
• Develop, debug and optimise Fast Formulas for payroll and compensation calculations.
• Create HCM Extracts, OTBI, BIP reports and manage HDL/HSDL data loads.
• Design integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs and HCM Atom Feeds.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, CRP/UAT sessions and produce functional documentation and training material.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and documentation.
• Relevant certifications such as Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Professional or Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified are preferred.
