Nursery Headman – Gardening & Sports Field Maintenance

About the role

The Nursery Headman will lead all gardening and sports‑field activities at our Al Ahsa facility. Reporting to facilities management, you will ensure healthy plant growth, well‑maintained green spaces and safe, playable sports surfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise planting, pruning, and care of trees, shrubs and ornamental plants.
• Prepare flower beds, pot plants and manage fertilisation programmes.
• Oversee grass mowing, turf upkeep and routine sports‑field maintenance.
• Inspect grounds regularly, anticipate long‑term effects of horticultural actions and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate a team of gardeners, schedule work and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on gardening experience.
• At least 2 years of experience maintaining sports fields and understanding user expectations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Male candidates only, as specified.
