Marketing Specialist – Bonded Zone

About the role

The Marketing Specialist for the Bonded Zone will support structured lead generation and ensure accurate CRM lead management aligned with the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and commercial teams to drive B2B marketing activities within the logistics and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support lead generation through events, referrals, and inbound channels.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate commercial activities.
• Prepare and update the company profile, service decks, and marketing materials.
• Capture leads in the CRM system and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Track lead sources and contribute to marketing performance reporting.
• Support branding initiatives and customer engagement activities.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in logistics or industrial sectors.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with CRM systems and maintain disciplined reporting.
• Eligibility to obtain port access clearance.
