Grants & Partnerships Coordinator – Aden

About the role

The Grants & Partnerships Coordinator will support Solidarités International’s humanitarian programmes in Yemen by managing donor-funded grants and developing strategic partnerships. Based in Aden, the role starts on 1 September 2026 and runs for an initial six‑month fixed‑term, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation, submission and monitoring of grant proposals to international donors.
• Maintain accurate grant files, budgets and reporting schedules in line with donor requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for existing and potential partners, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up.
• Prepare regular financial and narrative reports for donors and internal stakeholders.
• Support the procurement and logistics teams to align grant activities with field operations.

Required profile

• University degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in grant management or donor relations, preferably in a humanitarian context.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with grant management processes and donor reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
