Grants & Partnership Management Coordinator (CCY)

About the role

The Grants & Partnership Management Coordinator supports DRC‑led consortia in Yemen, ensuring that all funding activities comply with donor regulations and DRC internal guidelines. The role bridges the gap between consortium partners, donors and field teams to deliver high‑quality proposals and effective grant implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of funding proposals for DRC‑led consortia, guaranteeing compliance with donor and internal requirements.
• Oversee donor reporting processes and prepare documentation for ad‑hoc donor meetings.
• Strengthen information‑management systems and maintain accurate grant records.
• Manage consortium agreements and coordinate with partner grants teams on project‑cycle management, proposal development, and program strategy.
• Provide technical guidance to consortium members, focusing on partner management, coordination and quality assurance.
• Support capacity‑building initiatives for grants‑management staff.
• Assist communications and visibility activities, ensuring timely production of high‑quality materials.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in grant and partnership coordination within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Strong knowledge of donor regulations, consortium procedures and internal compliance standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners and field teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
