Sales Manager – Heavy Construction Machinery

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead market expansion and commercial growth for heavy construction machinery in Yemen. The role is backed by SANY’s global footprint and regional dealer network, focusing on direct equipment sales, key account acquisition, and frequent field visits across southern and regional project zones.

Key responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of heavy machinery, lead contract negotiations and consistently achieve equipment revenue targets.
• Travel regularly across Aden and key project locations to build relationships with major contractors, private developers and infrastructure leads.
• Monitor local infrastructure, ports and reconstruction projects to capture new business opportunities across the territory.
• Collaborate with technical service and spare‑parts teams to ensure equipment reliability and long‑term client retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Aden, Yemen, with full flexibility for field travel.
• Strong understanding of technical machinery specifications and local B2B commercial dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, lead prospecting and client‑management capabilities.
