Reproductive Health Manager

About the role

The Reproductive Health Manager leads IRC Yemen’s reproductive health portfolio at the community level, coordinating mobile health teams, static facilities and EmONC sites. This role ensures that services align with the Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP), national guidelines and IRC clinical standards, contributing to broader RMNCAH interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee reproductive health services across mobile and static health platforms.
• Ensure compliance with MISP, national protocols, and IRC clinical standards.
• Provide technical and clinical supervision, mentorship, and capacity building for RH officers, midwives, doctors, mobile team staff and partners.
• Develop standard operating procedures, referral pathways and integrate RH activities with protection programming.
• Manage work planning, budget tracking, quality monitoring, data collection and reporting.
• Represent IRC in health cluster coordination forums with MoPHP, local authorities, UN agencies and peer organizations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing reproductive health programs in humanitarian settings.
• Strong knowledge of MISP, RMNCAH and EmONC guidelines.
• Proven ability to supervise clinical staff and build capacity of partners.
• Excellent coordination skills with government, UN and NGO stakeholders.
• Solution‑driven mindset with a passion for improving health outcomes.
