Regional Vice President, Southeast

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President to lead our Southeast operations, driving growth across hospital service lines, outpatient settings, physician offices, and distribution partners. This senior leader will shape sales strategy, build high‑performing teams, and forge strategic relationships within the healthcare ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to accelerate growth, increase market share, and achieve profitability.
• Manage complex point‑of‑care sales cycles, including stakeholder engagement, RFP processes, and pricing negotiations.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, establishing performance metrics and career development pathways.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, GPOs, IDNs, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and other internal teams to capture business opportunities.
• Contribute to budget planning, compensation design, and internal process improvements.
• Travel 50%–75% to meet customers, partners, and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Extensive experience leading sales teams in the healthcare or medical device sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting, pipeline development, and market analysis.
