Arabic Language Expert - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a native‑level Arabic Language Expert to support the creation and evaluation of bilingual AI training data. Working remotely on a contract basis, you will help improve large‑scale language models by reviewing AI‑generated Arabic and English responses, generating high‑quality content, and providing detailed feedback on reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts and bilingual responses to guide AI learning across a variety of topics.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare AI‑generated answers for correctness, clarity, and logical reasoning.
• Fact‑check information, identify methodological errors, and write clear explanations and model solutions.
• Test AI outputs for potential inaccuracies or bias and report findings.
• Apply detailed rubrics consistently in high‑volume, hourly contractor work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect (Egyptian preferred).
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading and writing).
• 3+ years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review.
• Strong attention to detail, fact‑checking habits, and ability to spot reasoning gaps.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Prior experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluation workflows is strongly preferred.
