Analyst / Senior Analyst – B2B Digital Marketing (Bangkok)

About the role

Join Agoda’s B2B Digital Marketing team in Bangkok to design, execute and optimise data‑driven marketing campaigns for global partners. You will work closely with Commercial, Product, Data and regional Marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions that generate measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to assess the impact of large‑scale TV campaigns, pricing optimisation and other initiatives.
• Build dashboards, track performance metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business roles within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA and SQL.
• Experience using visualisation platforms like Tableau.
